TPB Group integrates the RAMP project – Construction Academy

Grupo TPB welcomes trainees from the RAMP – Construction Academy project, an academy that focuses on training, integrating and motivating young people to enter the construction sector.


The initiative results from a protocol between ARICOP - Regional Association of Construction Industry and Public Works of Leiria and the IEFP, with the aim of alleviating the lack of qualified labor that the construction sector is currently facing.
