Construction Site Foreman (m/f)

Job Opportunity:

ELCI Construção, Unipessoal, Lda., a company operating in the construction industry, is looking to recruit a Site Foreman (m/f) to join its Production Department.

Candidate Profile:

• Secondary education qualification (preferred);
• Between 3 and 5 years of professional experience on large-scale construction projects;
• Technical knowledge of construction planning and on-site resource management;
• Proficiency in standard computer applications;
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills;
• Strong planning, time management, and team leadership abilities;
• High level of accuracy, critical thinking, and responsibility;
• Dynamic and proactive attitude;
• Valid driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate on-site construction activities with the Site Manager, in accordance with project specifications and technical standards;
• Supervise and coordinate construction site operations;
• Manage on-site teams;
• Monitor the use of materials, equipment, and labour on site;
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Employment Type:

• Full-time.
