Innovation, Quality & Continuous Improvement Technician (m/f)

Job Opportunity:

JRP Flooring Products, S.A. (part of the TPB Group), a company specialising in the manufacture of surface hardeners for industrial and decorative concrete flooring, as well as metal formwork for expansion and construction joints, is recruiting an Innovation, Quality & Continuous Improvement Technician (m/f) to join its Technical Department.

Candidate Profile:

Higher education degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Quality Management; 

Knowledge of Autodesk Inventor (or similar software); 

Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, planning and organisational skills; 

Dynamic and proactive attitude;

Strong sense of responsibility; Proficiency in English;

Immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in R&D projects, including data collection and analysis, testing, validation of results, presentation of value-adding ideas and preparation of supporting technical documentation; 

Collaborate in the development and optimisation of products and technical solutions, contributing to the innovation of the company's product offering; 

Analyse internal processes and monitor improvement initiatives, focusing on operational efficiency and quality of results; 

 Organise brainstorming sessions and briefings with internal teams, promoting the sharing of ideas and project alignment; 

 Support quality management activities, including handling non-conformities, analysing customer complaints, implementing corrective and preventive actions, preparing work instructions and monitoring continuous process improvement; 

Cooperate with the Production Departments, ensuring compliance with procedures and key performance indicators (KPIs).
