Occupational Health and Safety Manager (m/f)

Job Opportunity:

The TPB Group, comprising companies operating in the construction sector and specializing in the execution and installation of industrial and decorative flooring, is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting a Health and Safety Manager (m/f) to join its Health & Safety Department.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's degree or relevant technical qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related field;
• Certified Senior Occupational Health & Safety Technician (Level VI);
• Certified Trainer qualification;
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental Management;
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental legislation;
• Experience in risk management, audits, and integrated management systems;
• Experience coordinating and leading technical teams;
• Strong planning, organizational, and technical reporting skills;
• High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement strategic Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and plans;
• Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements;
• Supervise audits, inspections, and corrective actions;
• Coordinate and support Occupational Health & Safety and Environmental technical teams;
• Promote awareness initiatives and strengthen the company's health, safety, and environmental culture;
• Manage incidents, corrective measures, and prevention plans;
• Monitor performance indicators and prepare reports for senior management;
• Ensure a proactive and sustainable approach to risk identification and mitigation.
