Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician (Level VI) (m/f)

Job Opportunity:

T.P.B. – Tecnologia em Pavimentos, S.A., a leading company in the industrial and decorative flooring sector, is looking to recruit a Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician (Level VI) (m/f) to join its Health & Safety Department.

Candidate Profile:

• Senior Occupational Health and Safety Technician Certificate (Level VI) (mandatory);
• Certified Trainer qualification (Certificate of Pedagogical Competencies);
• Up to 5 years of professional experience, preferably in the Construction and/or Industrial sectors;
• Strong knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety legislation;
• Knowledge of Spanish and/or French (preferred);
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, planning, and organizational abilities;
• Dynamic and proactive attitude;
• Strong sense of responsibility;
• Valid driving licence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor Occupational Health and Safety procedures on construction sites;
• Propose and develop health and safety organization and management methodologies;
• Prepare Risk Assessments;
• Develop Health and Safety Plans (HSP), Safety Procedures, Work Plans for High-Risk Activities, and related documentation;
• Ensure the management of emergency response and first aid systems;
• Deliver health and safety training, information, and awareness initiatives;
• Ensure the control and management of health and safety documentation;
• Support audits, inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives.
